Finance Administrator

Lourdes Case serves as an Administrator at El Shaddai Congregation, where she oversees the financial coordination, supports ministry coordination, and ensures that the congregations leadership team are all informed of all resources so that they may steward with excellence. With a heart for service and a gift for organization, Lourdes works closely with elder and deacon staff,
ministry leaders, and volunteers, to create a welcoming and efficient environment for worship and community outreach.


Bringing 35 years of administrative and leadership experience, Lourdes manages congregational finances and facilities support, to ensure that every detail supports the congregation’s mission. Known for her administrative leadership style, she is passionate about streamlining processes and fostering a culture of transparency and collaboration.

In addition to Lourdes’s administrative role, she enjoys assisting with the congregation’s toddler classes as needed. In her private life she cherishes time with family and friends. Overall, Lourdes believes that effective administration is a form of ministry - creating the structure that allows the church to thrive in its calling to serve God and the community.
