Bailey Briner encountered the Lord at an early age and since then has felt a call to missions and ministry. Along with that calling she felt led to pursue a degree in nursing and has practiced as a registered nurse for 15 years and currently works at Meritus Medical Center. Bailey began a process of local ordination while attending Kingdom Living and completed that process at ESC after moving here in 2015. In 2018, Bailey had a formal ordination in the Pastoral gift ministry at an Emerge gathering with those from Kingdom Living, ESC, and Tikkun. Bailey has continued to pursue an expertise in relationships since then through the Loving on Purpose Life Academy and believes that whole healthy relationships produce fruit that can impact the kingdom.

As a relationships pastor, Bailey specializes in helping individuals, couples, and families build and maintain healthy, Yeshua-centered covenantal relationships. In this role she hopes to provide guidance, counsel, and support to people dealing with relational issues such as marriage problems, family dynamics, dating, and interpersonal conflicts. She seeks to help people understand biblical principles regarding relationships and encourage practices that foster love, respect, and unity.

Bailey is available to meet with women or couples in the ESC community. She is in the office on Tuesday and Thursdays and you can either reach out to her directly or call the office to set up a meeting if desired.
